Refund Policy

1. 14-day risk-free guarantee

Try Fitness OS risk-free for 14 days from your initial purchase. If it doesn't save you time the way we promised, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund your first payment in full — and help you migrate your data back out. No questions asked.

2. After the guarantee period

After the first 14 days, subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of the period you've paid for.

3. Setup & branding services

Done-for-you services that have already been delivered (such as the custom branding package on Scale) are non-refundable once work has been completed.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@oscale.ai from your account email with the subject line “Refund request”. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
