Affiliate Policy

1. Overview

Fitness OS offers an affiliate program that rewards partners for referring new customers. By joining the program you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Commissions

Affiliates earn a recurring commission on active subscriptions they refer, tracked via your unique affiliate link. Commissions are payable monthly once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, and are reversed if the referred customer refunds or charges back.

3. Rules

No self-referrals, cookie stuffing, misleading claims, spam, or bidding on Fitness OS brand terms in paid advertising. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship as required by law (including FTC and ACCC guidelines). Income claims must be truthful and reflect our Disclaimer.

4. Termination

We may remove affiliates who breach this policy and withhold commissions generated through prohibited conduct.
