Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out what you can and cannot do with the Fitness OS platform. It exists to protect our customers, their members, and the deliverability and reputation of the platform for everyone.

2. Prohibited conduct

Sending spam or messages without proper consent; violating SMS/email marketing laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and the Spam Act 2003); uploading unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; distributing malware; attempting to breach or overload our systems; reselling access outside the terms of your plan; or using the platform for any illegal activity.

3. Messaging standards

You must only message contacts who have opted in, honour unsubscribe requests immediately, and identify your business accurately in every campaign. Repeated high complaint or bounce rates may result in sending limits or suspension.

4. Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Where practical we'll notify you and give you a chance to fix the issue first, but serious breaches may result in immediate suspension.
